Turkey Meat Roll
2 1/2 lbs ground turkey meat
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
1 cup roasted garlic salsa
3 tablespoons tomato paste
salt & pepper to taste
In a large bowl combine all
the above ingredients, mix well by hand (wearing latex gloves makes
this easy) then transfer to a lightly oiled large baking tray. Form
the mixture into a long even roll or tow if the pan is not large
enough. Convection bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let the roll
rest for ten minutes loosely covered with foil prior to slicing.
