| Brunch Egg Casserole
2 cups seasoned croutons
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese - grated
2 cups cubed ham
5 slightly beaten eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
Preheat pure convection at 325
degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Layer croutons, cheese, ham.
Combine eggs and milk well until blended. Pour egg mixture over top of
layers. Convection bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until eggs are set.
*Can use 12 slices crisp bacon instead
of ham. Sprinkle on top of mixture instead of under egg mixture. |
