Pie 5 cups
frozen hash browns, thawed
12 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
10 drops Tabasco sauce
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion - optional
16 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
1 cup corn flakes - crushed Preheat convection oven to
325 degrees. Spray a 9x13 Pyrex pan with cooking spray. Cover bottom
of pan with hash browns. Beat eggs until foamy, stir in salt,
pepper, Tabasco. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle cheese, green
onion, bacon, corn flakes evenly over the eggs. Convection bake for
about 50 minutes or until eggs set. Let stand for five minutes
before cutting into squares. Serves 8-12. |
