Appetizer Toasts
3/4 cup hand grated or shredded
parmesan
1/4 cup finely grated onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon pepper
24 slices white bread
Combine the parmesan, onion,
mayonnaise and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Chill. Use seasonal
cookie cutters to cut out each bread slice. Spread about two
tablespoons of mixture evenly onto each cut-out. Arrange on a cookie
sheet. Convection at 375 for about 5 minutes or until bubbly and
golden brown. Serve immediately. |
