Oven Pancake
8 Tablespoons butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
Melt all of the butter in a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. In processor
blend all the rest of the ingredients, then pour them into dish.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or convection bake at 400 degrees
for approx 15 minutes or until edges brown and eggs set. Serves 4-6. |
