Chocolate Cinnamon Cake

2 cups flour                                  Frosting:
2 cups sugar                                 1 cube butter
1 cube butter                                2 T cocoa
4 T cocoa                                     2 T half & half
1/2 cup shortening                       2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup water                                 1/2 t vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk                      1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs - slightly beaten
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla

Combine flour sugar in large bowl. Melt together in saucepan the butter, cocoa, shortening and water. Bring to a rapid boil and pour over the flour and sugar. Stir. Combine buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon, vanilla, and mix into other ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Convection bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While cake is baking prepare the frosting by bringing to a boil the butter, cocoa and half & half. Remove from heat, mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Frost the cake while it's hot.
