Chili Relleno Brunch Bake

5 eggs, well beaten
2 cups shredded jack cheese
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/8 t cumin
one 4oz. can diced green chilies

Combine eggs, cheese, cottage cheese and butter. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cumin. Thoroughly combine moist and dry ingredients and stir in chilies. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate. In the Trivection, select Speedbake Baked Goods 350 degrees for 60 minutes. The oven will preheat and convert to about 34 minutes. Check that eggs are set, adding more time if needed.
