Cheddar Puffs

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

In food processor, cream butter with cheese until smooth. Pulse in flour & salt until dough forms a ball. Roll into small balls (about 2 teaspoons dough). Convection bake on greased cookie sheets at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden. Serve hot. Makes about 3 dozen
