Rosemary Cashews
1 cup cashews
1/2 tsp of kosher salt
1 Tlbs butter
1 Tlbs rosemary
Heat pure convection oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients and place on cookie sheets.
Roast for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
