Chocolate Bundt Cake
3/4 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 chocolate cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate
pudding
1 cup semisweet chocolate
chips
Carmel sauce
In a large mixing bowl beat
the sour cream, eggs, water and oil together until thoroughly mixed.
Add the cake mix and the pudding mix, Stir in the chocolate chips.
Place the batter in a greased and floured bundt pan. Place into
convection microwave. Press "low mix bake", it will be preset to 350
degrees, and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from microwave and invert
on to a serving platter. Let cool slightly and drizzle the caramel
sauce over the cake.If
using a convection oven, preheat oven to 325 degrees and bake for
45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of the cake
comes out clean. |
